Fully Integrated Analysis
RoadGuard integrates essential components including a 4G modem, GPS tracking, a single-board computer, and a 6-axis IMU for comprehensive road monitoring capabilities. These components are housed within an extremely rugged casing, designed to withstand demanding mining conditions, ensuring durability and reliability in operation.
Advanced Sensors
An 6-axis IMU continuously measures all vibrations and movements of the mining vehicle with a 100Hz sampling rate.
Global Connectivity
RoadGuard is designed to be online. When offline it will log data and offload as soon as connectivity is restored. RoadGuard has a sim with global connectivity which connects to the local cellular network as soon as it is powered-up.
Android and iOS Apps
The driver can interact with RoadGuard through an App. The App can be used for configuration of the RoadGuard and for offloading recordings incase RoadGuard operates offline.
Full Web Dashboard
A full web dashboard is available for real-time monitoring and configuration of a large fleet of RoadGuard units. Alerts can be set and analysed.
Rugged Armor Plating
RoadGuard is protected with 2mm thick stainless steel armor plating which will protect it against e.g. stones which are thrown up while driving.
Dimensions
The fully self-contained RoadGuard unit has a compact design making it extremely easy to install.
